Requordit welcomes Bambi Pilley & Jeremy Nobles to its government solutions team
March 6, 2018 – Chicago, IL – Leading enterprise content management solution provider Requordit is proud to announce two new additions to its government solutions team: certified Project Management Professional® Bambi Pilley and Vertical Sales Manager Jeremy Nobles. These placements mark an exciting moment as a growing number of governmental institutions across the country look to aid their constituents better by streamlining their internal processes.
Pilley joins Requordit from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD) where she served as the OnBase project manager since 2005. This experience makes her a great addition to the team as she possesses the skills and knowledge of completing projects on time, within budget and while exceeding expectations.
“I’m excited to work for a company that thrives on building long-term relationships with customers and excels in solution delivery,” says Pilley. “Requordit is experienced in partnering with government agencies and providing OnBase solutions that meet and exceed customers’ needs. One of their largest government customers, the LVMPD has partnered with Requordit for more than 12 years. It started with a basic scan solution and now uses OnBase throughout the entire agency.”
Notably, Pilley understands the challenges agencies face obtaining funding, governance approval, resources and managing multiple projects with dueling priorities. The LVMPD is one of the largest police agencies in the United States and member of the Major Cities Chiefs Association. Witnessing OnBase’s scalability firsthand, Pilley understands how agencies can continue to expand the use of the enterprise content management tool to make their operations more efficient and effective.
Nobles joined the Requordit team in April 2017, bringing years of ERP application analysis experience. He’s well positioned to curate solutions for government agencies, as he keeps his finger on the pulse of digital business trends and opportunities to ensure government agencies’ constituent bases are well served.
“We have the ability to work with government agencies and improve their processes and interactions with their constituents,” says Nobles. “Having that level of reach beyond benefiting a company’s bottom line, that’s the benefit of joining the team for me.”
Nobles believes the three leading areas for digital adoption within the government sector are case management, public records requests and human capital management. Oftentimes, government agencies are making do with disparate solutions that neither complement or work in a connected way. Gone are the days when email, spreadsheets and paper files can meet the needs of the agency. As a growing number invite time-saving technology into their homes, more will expect its level of efficiency from their government offerings as well.
